| Wow. I was over there on Wednesday last week and to my delight I discovered chips and scratches on my hatch and spoiler, with a nice 3 mm gash in the edge of the spoiler as well. Their response? "I just dont see how this could have happened." Best part is I always bring my buddy with me just to have a witness around and we both confirmed that the chips and whatnot were not in the paint the last time I was there. Not only that, on wednesday as Im leaving the shop I tell Chris to email me an updated list of the costs associated with everything Im having done. "Not a problem." 6pm no email. Thursday I call to make sure i will get the email before 6, again he says no problem. 6pm = no email. Same shit again on Friday. It is now Monday afternoon and I still dont have the updated costs.
